What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, company, phone number (if you choose to give it), the service you are interested in, your approximate team size and your message. For security and spam prevention we also record a one-way coded version of your network address, your browser type and the time of your enquiry.

Please do not send passwords, access credentials or other confidential information through the form.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery conversation and, if we work together, set up the engagement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure database on our website hosting account and delivered to our business email inbox. Access is limited to the LYNX team members who respond to enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets one essential cookie that keeps the enquiry form secure; it is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your network address in order to deliver them. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@lynx92.com.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
